Lady Rachael Robathan
Non-executive director (Non-independent)
Lady Rachael Robathan is a Non-Executive Director of Castelnau Group Limited, having been appointed to the Board with effect from 1 January 2026. She brings over 20 years' experience in investment management, governance and public-sector leadership across both the private and public sectors.
Current Roles
Lady Robathan currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Aurora UK Alpha Plc and has been a Trustee of Westminster Almshouses since 2010.
At Castelnau Group, she serves as a member of the Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Management Engagement Committee.
Public Sector Leadership
Lady Robathan served as Leader of Westminster City Council between 2020 and 2022, where she oversaw major strategic initiatives and public-sector investment programmes.
She has also been a member of the Royal Parks Investment Committee, bringing her investment expertise to the public sector.
Investment Management Experience
Earlier in her career, Lady Robathan worked in emerging markets investment management, developing extensive experience in portfolio oversight, stakeholder engagement and long-term value creation.
